The "SLA audit" is a one-off written review of the SLA credit clause(s) and the one month of SLA figures supplied by the customer. The deliverable is a PDF report giving the credit owed under each clause, the calculation, the assumptions made and the points that remain ambiguous. It is an arithmetic and reading review, not legal, tax or financial advice.
€149, one-off, payable in advance by card through Stripe. Prices are shown excluding VAT. French VAT is added for customers established in France; for business customers established in another EU Member State who provide a valid VAT number, the reverse charge applies and no French VAT is invoiced.
By email within 5 business days of receiving payment and complete inputs. If we cannot deliver for any reason, you are refunded in full.
The SLA audit is offered to business customers only (B2B). It is not offered to consumers; consumer-protection rules, including the right of withdrawal and consumer mediation, therefore do not apply.
Documents you send are used only to perform the audit and handled as described in our privacy policy.
Our liability is limited to the price paid for the audit, except in cases where French law forbids such a limit.
